I started working at Clariba as a technical consultant. I already had some experience from a previous job, but still did not have the profile I wanted and when I came into Clariba I had the chance to expand my knowledge in the different technical areas that I was not familiar with.

From my point of view Clariba’s culture is very non-hierarchical. I would say that everyone works together regardless of their positions, which I find to be something very special. In a lot of companies, you have a kind of a hierarchy where only people on the same levels deal with each other and a little bit of office politics and so on. At Clariba I find that is not the case at all.

I started working at Clariba in 2015 as a BI Developer and then I grew as a Senior Developer. With time I gather more experience and I become a team lead where I have the chance to manage teams, projects, supporting on the presales and leading the Clariba col·lab, the innovation program at Clariba.
