I applied to Clariba because of all the tools they used with and the diversity they had. It just seemed like a good opportunity and environment.
But then I talked with the people on my interviews. That was when I decided I wanted to be a part of this team. They told me about the time they had spent here, all the things they had learned and all the opportunities they had, and it was all really beyond my expectations, I felt like this was a perfect place for me to learn and grow.
Now I’ve been here for 8 months already, and it feels like I’ve only seen a tiny fraction of all the things I can do. Projects in other countries, the initiatives to help us during these hard times, the huge variety of tools I’m able to use for projects. I’m really excited for what is to come.
But I have to admit there has been something that greatly exceeded my expectations. The people I’ve worked with. In every team I’ve been, I’ve felt extremely comfortable. Everyone has always time to help you to learn new things, and they always listen to your ideas and help you to implement them. They want to help you succeed and learn. This is, without a doubt, the best thing I’ve found here. A great team, capable and wanting to help.
And as for my future here, I expect to grow, to learn and, above all, to make the best out of every opportunity I’m given. I want to say yes to every initiative, to every project, and I expect to be able to work with a lot of people from around the world and with all the technologies I can.
I’m really looking forward to my future here in Clariba.
