I started working at Clariba as a technical consultant. I already had some experience from a previous job, but still did not have the profile I wanted and when I came into Clariba I had the chance to expand my knowledge in the different technical areas that I was not familiar with.
For example, front end development where I did not have so much experience, so it was really great to have something new to work on. Having a different perspective also on this area helped me become an all-around consultant.
Then after a couple years I decided to jump to the sales department. I wanted to mix my technical knowledge with my communication skills and I wanted to do something different. For the last couple of years, I worked with the sales team on different opportunities to find the best solutions for the companies’ clients. For me it was very interesting to have the full perspective on a project and not to do just one thing.
The flexibility was the first thing I enjoyed the most at Clariba. Here you have the chance find a flexible work environment and also you can do better things with your personal life if you know how to manage yourself.
In the last years the company improved a lot in terms of measures, policies, to give more flexibility for everyone, so they can better adjust their work / life balance.
The second thing that I enjoyed when I worked at Clariba was the amount of opportunities. As I mentioned before I started working as a consultant and after that I moved to Sales team. I collaborated with the marketing and technical teams to show our best solutions to the clients.
At Clariba you will find so many opportunities to enrich your career, you just have to put your hands on them so you can get really great experiences.
For new people that join Clariba, what I would recommend is that you have hunger for achieving goals, for doing more, for being proactive, and to come with disruptive ideas.
Clariba is very open to new ideas and proposals, so if you come with this attitude of bringing more value, I think you will have a great chance to succeed.
