From the very beginning, I've enjoyed the wide range of responsibilities and activities I had at Clariba.
For example, when I was a junior developer, I had the opportunity to work with marketing initiatives, where I helped design our onboarding programme. Then when I became a senior consultant, I had the chance to manage teams and projects at a very young age. And now that I'm a manager, I constantly live-in cross organisation activities ranging from project management, operations, marketing, sales and so on.
I am very conscious this is something you don't get so easily elsewhere, and I do intend to make the most of it. One of the most important part is that I never get bored. This is what's fun for me to work at Clariba.
