We have an opening in our Istanbul, Turkey office for a Corporater Technical Consultant with 1-3 years of business experience. The candidate will be working closely with our Senior Consultant - Analytics and Strategy Management to learn the Corporater platform and contribute to important customer projects.

Required Skills & Experience:
BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
Competent in at least one operating system platform such as Microsoft, UNIX, Linux, and IIS and networking
Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)Experience in at least one RDBMS such as SQL Server or Oracle and SQL querying
Experience installing, configuring, and supporting business applications
Ability to communicate and address technical enquires by Customer IT team members
Ability to design solution architecture diagrams based on customer requirement to deploy business applications
Understanding SLA/principle of support service; Experience to handle tickets with SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Basic knowledge and experience in identifying investigating and understanding cause-and-effect relationships between symptoms and their underlying source(s) as well as documenting product-related issues (Troubleshooting skills)
Experience using at least one call/ticketing software
Contribute to informative reports, as well as comprehensive, accurate documentation
Good presentation and documentation skills
Ability to work independently without close supervision for tickets with medium and low complexity levels, and with minimal supervision for tickets with high complexity levels
Time management skills
Certification related to Microsoft windows server (MCSA), Azure, AWS or networking would be a plus

Work Environment Requirements:
Turkish nationality and passport or Turkish work permit/residency
Willing to be based long-term in Istanbul, Turkey and adopt a hybrid working model with some days in the Clariba Istanbul office each week
Open for occasional business travel within Middle East countries
