I started working at Clariba in 2015 as a BI Developer and then I grew as a Senior Developer. With time I gather more experience and I become a team lead where I have the chance to manage teams, projects, supporting on the presales and leading the Clariba col·lab, the innovation program at Clariba.
During all these 6 years working at Clariba, I enjoyed the work environment and the relationship with co-workers. We had a lot of fun during our team buildings, participating on all the interesting activities. We didn’t have only a work relationship, we become friends.
Another thing that I loved was the multitude of technologies I had the chance to learn. For me was important not to focus only on a big project, I liked to discover new technologies, to learn more about different industries.
For new Clariba joiners I have only one advice: Take all the challenges that Clariba will put on the table.
Working at Clariba can be very challenging due to the fact of working with new technologies and different projects. But you also will have the chance to travel to different countries and learning new cultures. For example, travelling to Dubai, Qatar or Istanbul. For everyone who wants to grow his professional career, I would recommend taking these challenges.
